 Hi! My name is Debbie Rafeedie. I am some what new to Arizona. I moved here from Maryland in February of 2011.
I have three beautiful, talented and accomplished children and I am very proud of them!
I have been an avid gardener all my life, so there was quite a bit of new information I needed to succeed in this very different climate. Spring gardens and Azaleas are very different than cacti and picking fresh fruits and veggies in December.
I am still learning...but that is the beauty of gardening. Where ever you are, something is always a new experience! Both my garden and I are continuing to grow.
I started Real Estate school in June of 2012. I studied hard and passed my exams for the Department of Real Estate. With my new license in hand, I started right into the rental market. I take good care of today's renters, for they are very possibly tomorrows buyers!

 Life is a journey that we are on and our homes should be a refuge along our way. When we are weary, hungry, or exhausted from a long day of work, what is better than opening the door and walking into your own home? I believe a home is a place to fill with love, kindness, and your family. I believe your home should be a place that you can keep your family safe, and invite fellow travelers to come and "stay awhile".
That is the reason I love my job and why I sell real estate. I cannot fill your home up with these things but I want to help you find your home, that ‘little place of heaven’ that each one of us can have on our journey. When I am not selling, I am spending time with my family. I have 3 beautiful children and a wonderful wife. We love evenings at home and family vacations filled with hiking, skiing, and fishing. Life is good, God is great, and it pays to buy and sell real estate with a professional Realtor.

I have had many exciting jobs: managed a small nursery, Store Manager and Regional Trainer for OfficeMax, Leaders Conference Salesman for Met Life Insurance, Assistant Underwriter for a Commercial lines Insurance agency and now I have the best job ever - Realtor! I get to help people find there dream home! What and exciting experience that is for me to help people start to build their own family sanctuary.
God has blessed me in my life's journey by being able to share it with my lovely bride, our two wonderful children and the worlds best grandson (his t-shirt even says so)! Our family goes camping, hunting, fishing or hiking frequently. We get together as often as we can in one of our homes just to be together doing what families do - enjoying this wonderful thing called LIFE.

 I am a person of diverse interests. When I went to college, I realized that I had a gift for foreign languages. I now speak Spanish and Russian fluently. That skill has helped with every other endeavor I have taken on. I graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish and a minor in Russian in 1999. I graduated from Willamette University College of Law in 2005. I worked as a truck driver for approximately a year before I became licensed as an attorney in the state of Oregon in 2006. I had a private practice there until I took my position with the State of Arizona as an Administrative Law Judge in May 2010. I continue to work for the State, but decided to become a real estate professional because I feel I have so much more to give to the community than my regular job allows me.
My personal interests are as diverse as my professional ones. I have been riding motorcycles since about 1982. I sew and bake and especially enjoy needlework like plastic canvas projects and cross-stitch. I have five children, ages 24, 23, 17, 13 and 11. I also have five grandchildren, ages 7, 4, 2, 1, and one month. I love animals and have a German Shepherd, two cats and two turtles.
