I would highly recommend that anyone that is looking to buy or rent a home to use the services of Realtor Ambassador's Samir and Debbie Rafeedie. Debbie spent a good portion of her time to show my wife and I many homes for several hours for two days. Samir and Debbie seem to be very nice people and were very helpful in helping us find a home.

When we first listed our house with Samir Rafeedie, we had 30 days to sell it and wasn't really confident that it could be done in that length of time. Of course, it would sell sooner or later, but in 30 days flat?
Samir did everything that had to be done to sell our house. He has a strong sense of what is necessary and important to make a sale possible. He didn't waste our time or his with open houses. He gave us a very realistic estimate of how to price our house, to move it the fastest and to get the money we need out it. He put in our listing with the MLS and advertised it in real estate magazines.
He provided services for us, over and above what could commonly be expected of real estate agent. He recommended a plumber, and a carpet repairman. He helped us write a budget to decide how much house we could afford to buy, after selling ours.
He was there at the most important times. When it came right down to 2 days remaining on our contingency, we had two offers to decide between. Simar Rafeedie was there for us. He missed his dinner and stayed up almost to midnight writing the contract with us. He explained our options clearly and let us decide.
Over the month that we have worked with Samir Rafeedie, we developed trust and confidence in him. I can recommend him to anyone. He gets the job done. He does what it takes to make it happen. I want him to be a part of our financial future. He knows the value of patience and timing, in making good things happen for us.

I said this to before..."the way you do business outs you far above the rest, but just comparing to the others that to our house with clients to purchase...", your style is very attractive. I even compared notes with some of my friends, they agree. I "lucked-out" when selecting a Realtor!
I'm keeping your card on hand and am prepared to "promote" you if ever I hear someone in need of a Realtor. I suspect we won't be buying another home for very long time, but you never know!

Enough cannot be said about all the help you have given us. You were extremely sensitive to our circumstances and the great need we had to move in quickly although the property was encumbered at the time we wanted it. You were kindness in its truest form when you took the time to inquire about our needs for a home. You made a list of the things we required and the things we desired. The home you showed us had more of the features we wanted than any other we had looked at. We moved in on the day we needed to be in and there are simply no words to tell you how much we liked being here in Phoenix in this particular house.

We had a semi-custom home built on a half acre in Glendale, Arizona. Less then ten years later our family had outgrown the home and we decided to look for a larger one and put our home on the real estate market. We interviewed three Realtors and decided on Samir to list our home. We were impressed by his knowledge and experience in the real estate business. But once we listed our home with Samir we received a lot more than that. Samir "the Realtor" became Samir "the handyman" and fixed our doorbell and drawers in our bedrooms and bathrooms. He constantly kept in touch with us about what was happening with our home and followed up on every Realtor who showed it.
